Program Earned Value (EV) data analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. Duties including but are not limited to the following: providing business management and data analysis support to the program control office and the program task orders; generating reports from EV system tools, providing independent EV data trend analysis, providing support to task order Control Account Managers, (CAMs) and Schedulers in the preparation for and data quality review of artifacts for Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs); supporting monthly and quarterly contract reporting; coordinating with the team to identify program execution issues based on data analysis and trends; facilitate documentation and closeout of corrective actions; prepare and update performance data analytics for dashboards used to communicate task order execution to company and government leadership. This position requires a working knowledge on the use of EV system tools, primarily Deltek Cobra and Encore Analytics Empower and the ability to assist other users in generating reports and maximizing team efficiency through use of these tools capabilities. The successful candidate will be capable of a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Essential qualifications include: (1) ability to quickly adapt to new situations, (2) strong commitment to a team environment, (3) willingness to learn new technologies, (4) ability to de-conflict requests/requirements, and (5) able to establish, maintain and follow documented processes and procedures. This position is located at Schriever AFB, CO. Relocation assistance may be available.
Qualifications Basic Requirements: High School Diploma (or GED) with 8 years of general experience; or an Associate's degree with 6 years general experience; or a Bachelor's degree with 4 years of general experience; must include 4 years of related experience in use of business and earned value systems. 2 years' experience required in a management or leadership role. Expert use of MS Office tools. Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Resumes must be submitted with application in order to be considered for the position. Desired Requirements: In depth experience with Deltek COBRA, Empower or Deltek winsight, MS Project or similar scheduling software, and MS Excel.
