What were looking for:Informa is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join Informas Health & Nutrition Group. The Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for supporting digital excellence for demand generation and user paid initiatives including events, print/digital subscriptions and lead generating content marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Manager will be heavily involved in spearheading SEM/SEO tactics, user analysis, conversion tracking, execution of strategic initiatives to help increase segmentation capabilities to support campaign success and will be hands-on with marketing automation tools. The role will also include monitoring performance metrics and allocating database resources for achieving optimum campaign performance.Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will take direction from the marketing teams, be willing to address standard and ad-hoc reporting needs and interact with the business leaders, events teams and centralized groups.You are accountable for:Work with business leaders to identify goals for event, print and digital products;Work with marketing to develop an ongoing strategy to drive net new users and renewals for digital and in person eventsIdentify efficiencies across the portfolio to synergize user-marketing initiatives (events, subscriptions, lead gen);Develops reports with direction from marketing team to showcase customer lifecycle and customer lifetime value trends;Explores, models, mines, and experiments with data and analytics to answer critical business issues;Makes strategic recommendations supported by sound analysis;Develops knowledge of our core product offerings and how they perform against our database as well as developing and maintaining a knowledge of core topics to accurately project performance;Work with business leaders to identify goals for event, print and digital products;Work with marketing to develop an ongoing strategy to drive net new users and renewalsIdentify efficiencies across the portfolio to synergize user-marketing initiatives (events, subscriptions, lead gen);Works with IT Department and appropriate resources to modify additional technical needs. Supports data quality: Troubleshoots errors within work flows or program code.
