Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Selling parking permits to students, staff, faculty, and visitors on a busy university campus. 

Answer questions and provide excellent customer service in-person and over the phone (heavy walk-up traffic and phone volume)

Input citation appeals and payments received via mail

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Internet experience
  • Good communication skills--verbal, written, and email--with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Strong customer service background required; retail background a plus
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with co-workers in a close, fast-paced, high-volume environment
