Are you entrepreneurial by nature with a love for building business/relationships? Are you a highly motivated and successful field sales professional with a proven track record in closing deals and growing revenue/profits?
Call on existing accounts as well as prospective accounts whose corporate profile align with SYNNEX strategies.
As the Field Account Executive, work with your account’s C-level, VP and Director levels to ensure awareness of Synnex’s capabilities, as well as ownership of issues
Introduce new technologies that provide growth to both reseller and Synnex
Implement strategies and planning sessions to develop, strengthen and improve customer relationships and growth SYNNEX’s bottom line.
Working with accounts Inside Sales and Vendor Business Development Managers to address and resolve the challenges customers face.
Manage, facilitate and attend weekly meetings.
Leveraging other departments, lead partner enablement efforts including certifications.
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate and grow revenue and profit.
Provide technical assistance and advice to less experienced Sales Reps and function as a resource as they progress in their position.
Exercise independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Create formal networks involving coordination amongst groups.
Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
Your passion is sparked by:
Bachelor’s Degree and twelve (12) plus years of proven experience in Unified Communications, Networking and/or Security markets required.
Experience in channel selling to SI’s or SP’s is required.
Experience in selling Cloud solutions desired
Proven expertise in partner development and sales within a multilevel, complex organization
Established ability of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with an advanced level of computer literacy with MS Office applications required.
Must possess a solid understanding of Sales Operations and have an in-depth understanding of management principles and practices.
Recognized track record of closing business deals
Proven business communication skills, particularly facilitation, negotiation and presentation skills.
Prior experience working remotely a must.
Must be able to travel 50%.
A clean driving record and ability to maintain a clean driving record required.
